Introduction Virtual reality exposure therapy (VRET) is a treatment in virtual environment based on the representation of patient’s disease reality. VRET means getting used to specific situation by intentionally facing fearful ‘exposure technique.’ By repeatedly exposing patient situation, end, inducing intensity fear decrease without avoiding situation. was initially treat phobias, anxiety disorders, and stress. It has been proven be an effective psychotherapy method mainly focusing acrophobia, flight phobia, arachnophobia, social post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Objectives The system can reproduce scenes with modified or removed, familiarize patients such environments. This study aims verify degree improvement symptoms panic conducting that we have made considering gradual group control group. Methods A total 60 subjects were included this study, including 43 17 Subjects systematically exposed situations over five steps. We checked heart rate, body temperature, EEG before after using following assessment instruments; Subjective Units Discomfort (SUD), Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI), Panic Disorder Severity Scale. Repeated measures ANOVA performed separately for presence, SUDS (distress) scores, PDSS across time points. Results In group, program proved as sensitivity decreased significantly VR (F=3.570, p<0.05). Among subcategories ASI, showed statistical significance between sessions (F=3.883, p<0.05) interaction (F=4.585, p<0.01). confirmed effectiveness induce attacks diagnosed (elevator riding, driving car, car tunnel, rain). effect significant through repeated measurement each variable (Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, Theta) (F=3.249, Conclusions process gradually being stimuli, deliberately confronting experiencing learning nothing dangerous will happen.
